What is the EFQM Model 2025?
It is the latest version of the EFQM Model, a global management framework built on three blocks — Direction, Execution and Results — and seven criteria. Organisations use it to align purpose, strategy, culture, stakeholders and performance, and it is assessed with the RADAR logic.
Do you work outside the UAE?
Yes. We are based in Dubai and deliver EFQM assessments, GAP analyses, recognition projects and training in Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Oman, Bahrain and Kuwait, on site or remotely.
Can the assessment be in Arabic?
Yes. Interviews, workshops, feedback reports and training can be delivered in Arabic, English or both.
How long does an EFQM GAP analysis take?
Typically two to four weeks for a mid-sized organisation, including document review, interviews and a prioritised roadmap. A full assessment and recognition journey usually takes six to twelve months.
Can you combine EFQM with ISO 9001:2026 or ISO 14001:2026?
Yes. We build one management system: EFQM gives the strategic and results view, and the ISO standards give certified process discipline on the same architecture.
